SCARS Fundraiser July 10th

As you all may or may not know I am a BIG fan of all the work Second Chance Animal Rescue does for help give animals, more specifically dogs, a second chance and a life full of love.

I decided to start fundraising a while ago and I am happy to say I already have $200 ready to donate. I will also be helping by silk screening bandanas and selling them at the event with 100% of the proceeds going to SCARS. They will be sold for only $2.50 so I am hoping to get another $100 to pass along.

I also took the time to sew some other fun ones as well to sell, which you can see in the photos below. Just don’t tell Baron he is wearing a girl bandana.

The event is at Lions Park out in St. Albert and there will be lots of fun things going on. It is free and there will also be a BBQ and a donation area set up if you are able to help in anyway, toys, bedding or bidding on raffle items. Check out the link for more information.

It is meant to rain tomorrow, but I am hoping since we all live in Alberta we can tough out the weather for a great cause.
